The Philippine Marketing Association waves its flag once again as three Filipino marketers emerged winners in the Asia Marketing Federation’s 4th Youth, Women, and Netizen Marketing Excellence Awards. Formal recognition will be given to the winners in February 2021.

Get to know these exceptional Filipino marketers recognized by the Asia Marketing Federation. They are all part of the PMA’s elite Agora community.

Asia’s Top Outstanding Women Marketeer of the Year

Ana Aboitiz-Delgado

Known for her passion for continuous improvement and innovation through technology, Aboitiz-Delgado is the Chief Customer Experience Officer and the Chief Digital Channels Officer of Unionbank of the Philippines.

She received The Agora for Outstanding Achievement in Marketing Management Award last February 2020 She was also the winner of The Asian Banker Promising Young Banker in the Philippines last August 2020.

Mylene Abiva

Abiva is the President and CEO of FELTA Multi-Media Inc and the President of Women Business Council Philippines (WomenbizPH). A pioneered in launching Robotics in the Philippines’ Basic Education and became the organizer of the Philippine Robotics Olympiad.

She was President of the Philippine Marketing Association in 2009 and an Agora Adviser for so many years. Throughout her career, she acquired numerous awards such as the Most Influential Filipina Women in the World last 2016 and the ASIA CEO Most Innovative Company last 2017.

Asia’s Top Outstanding Netizen / Digital Marketeer of the Year

Joseph Albette Buddahim

Buddahim is the Co-Founder and CEO of Katapult Digital Corporation. 

He was recognized as the PMA’s Agora Youth Awardee in 2006. He won the Mansmith YMMA Awardee for Digital Business Building last 2017 by continuously expanding his digital business year-on-year while growing the shares and profits for his clients. In 2018, he was dubbed as the Digital Marketer of the Year by CMO Asia Organization.

AMF and the YWN

As the prime organization of marketing in Asia, the Asia Marketing Federation is composed of 17 countries that are represented by their respective primary marketing organizations. The Philippines, as a member of AMF, is represented by the Philippine Marketing Association. The AMF advocates to yield greater economic development and to positively influence the consumer’s quality of living by providing information on modern marketing concepts, techniques, and technology.  The YWN Marketing Excellence Awards was initiated by the AMF in 2018 to feature Asia’s remarkable marketers, emphasizing acknowledgment of the emerging role of youth, women, and netizens in developing their respective industries. The winners of the YWN Marketing Excellence Awards have been meticulously chosen for of their exceptional techniques and strategies that promote growth in sales, market share, and net income for their corresponding companies.
